· On the Home Screen, click the “Send a Parcel” button
· Set pick-up location & request for parcel pick-up
· Once complete, click the “Request Rider” button
· Our Ninja will pick up your parcel(s) & collect the delivery fee from you
· DONE. We deliver your parcel(s)!
